Personally I a...sounds like you're doing great! Personally I am not a fan of using weight as an indicator about how healthy or fit I'm doing. Using the fit of my jeans as a way to gauge how I'm doing is how I roll. So many thing contribute to weight and it can be super discouraging! <br />There's nothing wrong with walking! If you find a good place w/ hills, it could turn out to be better than running!<br /><br />Good luck this week!
